Morgan Gibson is a poet, scholar, critic, and prose-writer who won a Mutiny Fiction First Award for “Nice Work If” and an Outstanding Scholarly Book Award from Choice library journal for his Revolutionary Rexroth: Poet of East-West Wisdom. His work has been published in Japan, England, Canada, Switzerland, Thailand, and Italy, as well as the USA, and some has been translated into Japanese, French, and Italian. He has given many readings and lectures in the USA and Japan, where he taught in universities in each country for twenty years.
